As our Customer Success Team Leader, Brett’s all set to champion our team, ensuring our customers always experience unparalleled support.

In school, Brett’s affinity for Linux and Unix landed him a work experience with an Auckland-based IT firm. After this invaluable stint, he relocated to New Plymouth, working with various local companies before embracing the opportunity at Primo, a decision he wholeheartedly relishes.

What energizes Brett each day is the exceptional team he collaborates with. He asserts, “This team isn’t just cool; it’s downright awesome.” He’s particularly passionate about Primo’s “Primo It Forward” initiative, a testament to our commitment to community and connection.

Driven by the ever-evolving world of tech, Brett can’t imagine life without the conveniences of home automation, showcasing his penchant for a seamlessly tech-integrated lifestyle.

Now rooted in Primo, Brett looks forward to optimising systems for an even better digital experience for all.

Talor is the Senior Network Engineer at Primo and Network Operations Centre team leader, and goes by the title Lord of the Pings, which was bestowed upon him when he joined in 2022.

For Talor Green, joining Primo gave him access to a whole range of tech which for an IT guy like him was “like a kid going to Disneyland”.

Originally from Tūrangi, he brought with him a huge amount of experience in technology roles with extensive experience in the internet service providers across New Zealand.

His passion for technology made him a perfect fit for Primo’s forward-thinking approach and has been put to good use in helping manage Primo’s Information Management, Technology and Security domains.

He is also continues to use his leadership skills to develop and support the high-performing team that keeps Primo’s network running fast and furious.

Talor moved here with his partner and two daughters and when he’s not at work, he enjoys being an active part of the Bell Block and Puketapu School community, with the odd gaming session when there’s some spare time.

Joining the Primo family in May 2014 Andrew’s main role at Primo is site maintenance and construction.

He’s often the guy who is out in the small hours and awful weather keeping our customers online when a
technical issue may have arisen.

As team leader Andrew and his crew really enjoy the variety of work and being able to get out and about to
different sites around the region.

Outside of work, Andrew spends a lot of time baking for his family and kids. And if he wasn’t with the Primo
team, he’d probably be a fabulous chef somewhere, so we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have him.
