Primo Network Settings

Listed below is any information you may need to know if you are connected to the PrimoWireless network.

PrimoWireless Email Settings

Server settings for @primowireless.co.nz email addresses:

Incoming (POP3): pop3.primowireless.co.nz

Incoming port 110 (SSL off)

Incoming port 995 (SSL on)

Username – youremail@primowireless.co.nz

Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.primowireless.co.nz (when connected to Primo Broadband)

Outgoing port 587 (SSL off)

Outgoing port 465 (SSL on)

Outgoing server requires authentication needs to be ticked.

Webmail (Secured): https://webmail.primo.nz (please login using your full email address including the @primo.nz)

Server settings for hosted domains and email addresses:

Incoming (POP3): mail.your-domain.co.nz

Outgoing (SMTP): mail.your-domain.co.nz

or you can go to: http://www.your-domain.co.nz/webmail and you will be redirected.
