*Vodafone will invoke its fair use policy if there is identifiable abuse of the system. Off peak data does not roll over. Normal overage fees apply once your peak data plan is exhausted during the month. Once purchased, the data add on remains in place until you request Primo to remove it. Includes GST.

Advertised connection speeds are subject to environmental factors such as location, line-of-site, noise/interference, network usage and capability. RBI is a best effort service.
4G service is only available on 4G plans and is not guaranteed or available in all areas. 3G RBI is the base service where 4G is not available.
From 20 August 2019 Vodafone is introducing a traffic management policy and the maximum download speed will be 30Mbps across the network, there are no guarantees on speeds delivered.
Our Standard Terms and Conditions (STC's) apply to all services supplied by Primo and therefore once supplied, are agreed to by the Customer (you).
Install costs are based on line of sight to the RBI towers and additional setup costs may occur. Take a look at our Rural Wireless and RBI installation info page for more details on our process.

All connections must be plugged into a surge protection board - if you do not have one, our technician can supply one at install for $25.

All customers on RBI are required to pay their accounts by direct debit. Payment will be direct debited from your nominated bank account on the 1st business day on or after the 5th of the month.
To help you stay in control of your usage and limit excessive overage charges, we stop your connection when you reach your cap. To get started again simply purchase a data pack.
These are available in 10GB lots for $20 (incl GST) and are purchased online 24/7 via the Primo Portal.
Data pack data is for use anytime and rolls over month to month until used up. It expires six months after purchase.
You can get rid of your copper phone line all-together and move to our RBI Phone service for only $20.00 (incl GST) per month.
This includes free local and national calls and includes free Caller ID. Mobile and other call charges apply.
Other call features such as Voicemail, Call Diversion and Call Waiting are available as an additional cost.

All equipment (including SIM card) supplied to you during the installation remains the property of PrimoWireless Ltd. Primo will manage the modem, configuration changes can only be performed by Primo. Primo will supply a replacement if your modem fails unless you are found to be at fault, in which case you will be charged for the replacement.
A $199 charge (GST inclusive for residential, ex GST for business) will be added to your final account if your modem is not returned within 14 days should you choose to disconnect from Primo.
These plans do not come with a free Static IP address. Static IPs can be purchased for $5 per month (GST incl).

Business After Hours
We provide a free emergency business after hours calling service. This service is only free to customers paying for business or corporate plans*.
Selecting this option on our 0800 123 774 phone service will direct you to an on call technician.
IF YOU ARE NOT A BUSINESS PLAN CUSTOMER AND CONTINUE WITH THIS OPTION YOU WILL BE CHARGED $99.
*For avoidance of any doubt, the emergency after hours calling service is not free to 'businesses' who pay for a residential plan.
