This Talent Release Agreement serves to formalise our mutual understanding and ensure clarity regarding the terms of engagement. We are truly thankful for your cooperation to help us with our marketing endeavors.

1. I authorise PrimoWireless Ltd T/A Primo to use my photograph, video images, name and/or profile for promotional, marketing and similar purposes pertaining to Primo.
2. PrimoWireless Ltd shall be the exclusive owner of all photographs, video images and text, including copyright therein, and I acknowledge that I am not entitled to payment or any other compensation for the use of such material.
3. Primo will always use discretion when using my image and/or profile and will not use it to discredit me in any way.
4. I confirm that I have no criminal convictions, that there are no criminal charges pending against me, and that nothing in my personal circumstances is such that use of my image or information about me for promotional or similar purposes could cause Primo embarrassment or bring it into disrepute.
5. I formally waive any right to approve the use of my image or information. I also accept that subsequent use of such image(s) or information may proceed without (further) consultation.
6. I warrant that I am free to enter into this Agreement, and that this Agreement does not conflict with any existing contracts or agreements to which I am a party. I agree to hold PrimoWireless Ltd and any third parties harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages that may arise from the use of my voice or image.
