Companion and Group Plans

Companion and Group Plans — Built for Business

Companion Plans are perfect for adding all the crew to one bill and not having to worry about sharing data, talk, or TXTs.

On your Primo Business Mobile Go50 plan for $60.87 + GST per month, you can add 1, 2, or 3 people for $30.43 + GST each per month – so everybody gets their own massive bucket of data, minutes, and TXTs every month.

If your team is larger, our Group Plans are designed for 5 or more people, offering a lower per-user price with the same great features. Choose between 50GB or 150GB endless data options, all on one streamlined business account.

Companion Plans

Companions must be on the same Primary plan billing account and plan type as the Primary Plan e.g. The Go50 plan.

The Primary Plan account holder is liable for all charges including the cost of each plan.

Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed Data allowance exceeded.<

Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Oz numbers e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT. Personal Mobile use only.

Fair use applies.

Benefits:

No more sharing. Everyone gets their own endless data plus endless calls and TXTs to standard NZ and Aussie numbers.

Hotspot included at no extra cost.

Managing costs is easy with one bill.

What do I need to know when joining a Companion Plan?

Because your mobile number is added to the Primary plan holder’s account, they effectively take control of the number and are responsible for all the monthly charges incurred, including the plan price.

This also means the Primary plan holder will be able to:

See a record of all calls and TXT messages made and received from your number (but not the content of the calls or TXT’s).

Change the Primary and Companion plans in the group eg downgrading or upgrading the plan type, adding call bars to prevent international dialling, or adding or removing other add-ons.

Terminate or suspend the Primary Plan and/or the Companion Plan.

Move your number over to another provider.

Group Plans

Designed for 5 or more connections under a single business account.

Available with either 50GB or 150GB of endless data per person.

Perfect for larger teams, mobile-first staff, or growing businesses.

Simplified billing, easy scaling, and no shared data. Each user gets their own full plan.

Benefits:

Flexible pricing – better value the more mobiles you add.

All users stay connected with full-featured mobile plans.

Easy to administer. One account, one bill, no surprises.
