    $100 Credit Terms and Conditions

    When a new farming customer signs up or an existing Primo customer stays with Primo using our Mooving Day sign up form and gets connected, they will receive a $100 credit on their account.

    Things you need to know…

      1. We will credit $100 per connection, if:
        1. The existing or new customer is eligible to join, and use the Primo Rural Fixed Wireless Broadband Service based on coverage and availability; and
        2. The new customer is signing up (or current customer remaining) on any one of our on-contract broadband connections. Fibre and Mobile Phone Plan only customers and sign-ups are excluded from the promotion; and
        3. The existing or new customer has registered using the Primo Mooving Day Registration Form
      2. We will apply the $100 account credit on their second invoice. The $100 credit is not redeemable for cash.
      3. We reserve the right to not give account credits in relation to a sign up:
        1. If we, at any time, discover that any condition in Clause 1 above has not been met.
        2. If the new customer account is cancelled by us or by the new customer within 30 days of the date of the new customer joining.
      4. The Primo Mooving Day promotion ends 23rd May 2025. Credits for new customers who signed up during the promotion period and who may still be awaiting connection as at the end date will continue to be paid as per Clause 1, farm move date must be between 23rd May to 30 June 2025.
      5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (except our $10 bundle and/or SuperGold Card Discount), ie Boots on the Ground and Connect-A-Mate.
