Born in Hamilton (Ngāti Maniapoto) and raised in Wanganui, Mark spent much of his life in Melbourne, where he worked in IT roles, including IT Technician, Helpdesk, and Network Administration.

He also operated his own IT business in Melbourne, focusing on Wide Area

After leaving Melbourne, Mark relocated to Whitianga, where he lived for 11 years before moving to Taranaki 4 years ago.

He is a father of three children (ages 11, 8, and 2), a keen surfer, and has a passion for buying and selling guitars

The Concierge.

Starting in July 2017 with Primo, covering both installs and helpdesk, Callum has in 2021 transitioned to a focused sales role.

He’ll be helping get new businesses connected, and making sure our existing business customers are getting the services best suited for them.

His customer service skills were well honed during 12 years at Plug N Play Electronics, the local Jaycar Electronics store.  This also means he loves gadgets and technology, which makes a great fit here at Primo!

Callum loves spending time with his family, playing video games, and enjoying the great outdoors Aotearoa NZ offers.

Craig Macdonald

The Pixel Wrangler.

Craig is Primo’s Marketing & Brand Coordinator, making sure everything is pixel perfect when it comes to our marketing and promotional material.

He joined Primo fulltime in 2016 after building and maintaining the company website. He was a pioneer in digital printing in New Plymouth, working with many local artists in helping them output their digital works.

Craig says he likes that Primo is a community-minded business, that puts a lot of resources back into the region.

Raised in PioPio, Craig likes the balance of town and country in Taranaki. He says New Plymouth is big enough to provide the city amenities he likes, but small enough to have lots of quiet places.

The Fairy Godmother.

As Primo’s resident Fairy Godmother, Jasmine Harrison looks after community sponsorship and activities such as Primo It Forward which provides free internet to great community people.

Jasmine has been with Primo since it started and started off doing all the office work while Primo founder, and husband Matt, built the network.

She says the best things about Primo are the awesome people she works with and being part of a company which is a key part of life for many Taranaki people.

Jasmine loves animals, with a particular passion for horses which she breeds. She spends a lot of time at their Itty Bitty Ranch in Lepperton looking after the chickens, pigs, beefies, Maine Coon cat, their Anatolian Shepherd dog and oodles of fruit trees. It is also home to her and Matt’s three beautiful daughters who love making the most of rural lifestyle.
